Shipping Policy

We do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. If all items within your order are ready to be shipped, your order will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package.

For a quick and smooth delivery, please double-check your contact information, (shipping address, contact person, phone number and email) for this will cause fewer delays when your order is being processed. Your shipping information is always strictly protected.

Due to international shipments, a package with an incorrect address will be destroyed by the shipping carrier. If there is an incorrect address or contact information, we are not responsible for the loss of a package and will not refund in this situation, as it’s out of our control. If wanting a package to be reshipped, you will need to place a new order. A re-delivered package does not guarantee that the package can be delivered successfully.

Please note, that we are not responsible for the following: 1. Delayed delivery due to pandemics or natural events 2. Customs interception 3. Customer providing incorrect delivery information, causing delivery failure 4. Customers are not available to pick up the package at the post office in time resulting in the package being returned or destroyed.
