Return Policy For Wigs And Wig Related Items

All Wigs and wig cap sales are final for hygiene reasons. All hair accessories can be returned for store credit if the item was not worn, tried on, or altered, and only if all original packaging is included. Please contact at service@dream-holic.com within five business days of receipt. If the item has been altered or worn, is missing packaging, or a return request isn't made within five days, the eligibility for return is voided.

 

Full refunds will only be given in the event that a faulty or defective product was sent. If a mistake was made by our shipping department we will happily ship you the correct item immediately. Customers with mistaken or defective items will be provided with return labels free of charge. Please note that even if we have taken the majority of product photos in natural light to provide the most accurate photo as we can, there could still be slight color difference due to lighting or display devices, so we don't accept color difference as defective, as it can be subjective and hard to judge. We recommend checking feedback photos at our community before making the purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we normally cannot cancel an order once it's placed, and if you have to cancel it, it’s going to be subject to a 5% handling fee to cover the transaction and payment processing fees charged by the platform.

If you want to replace the item(s) in your order, please let us know, we can manually edit the order for you before it shipped out.
